​Technical expert with over 20 years of industry experience in the development of advanced CMOS devices and process technologies, with special emphasis on semiconductor memory devices (Flash memory technology and DRAM).  Inventor of over 95 U.S. patents, with successes in developing and licensing/monetizing intellectual property portfolio.  Experience in serving as expert witness with expert reports, depostion, and technical tutorial experience.

PROJECTS

 

  • Successfully developed and licensed/monetized two sets of patent portfolios on CMOS Memory and Embedded NVM Technology.

 

  • Served as expert witness/expert consultant on several patent litigations, experience include claim chart generation, claim construction, infringement report, invalidity report, and deposition.

 

  • Served as consultant for patent aggregators in analyzing numerous patent portfolios, tasks include analyzing quality of claims and finding evidence of usage.
